Cache – Diagnostics
SupportSuite effectively and efficiently uses the Cache to store all commonly used information, reducing the requirement to run multiple database queries and speeding up application process. The information gets updated automatically when an item under a specific section gets updated.
The Cache Info list is displayed according to Cache Title, Size and Options.
Cache Title: Displays the cache group name.
Size: Displays the size of that specific cache group.
Options: Each Cache is saved as an Array. Clicking on the View Icon displays the array information for that particular group. An example of one such array is as under:
