Live Support – Introduction
The Live Support section of the Admin CP allows you to maintain the Visitor Ban List. It allows you to Insert, Edit and Delete the IP Address of the Visitor you wish to ban from using Live Support. The Live Support tab further toggles to display the option Visitor Bans.
The Visitor Bans section has been explained in further detail in the next section of the manual.
