Logs – Introduction
The Logs section of SupportSuite allows you to view the Task Log and the Parser Log entries recorded by the software. On clicking the Logs option in the Navigation Panel, the section further toggles into two sub-sections:

– Task Log
– Parser Log

The Task Log can also be accessed from Admin CP » Scheduled Tasks » Task. Similarly, the Parser Log can be accessed from Admin CP » Mail Parser » Parser Log. Each of the two sections have been explained in detail in the later part of the manual.
