Settings – Introduction
One of SupportSuite’s strengths is its enormous amount of user-configurable options. The settings panel allows you to configure every aspect of the software. The settings panel has been sub-divided into various groups.
These groups are sub-divided into various sub-groups, allowing you to configure all the aspects of the software to your liking. You can edit the settings of each group by clicking on the group name or by clicking on the Edit icon which is adjacent to every group. The following sections of the manual shall cover every aspect of each group in detail, allowing you to optimize the software to your liking.
