Troubleshooter Staff CP Settings
This section allows you to choose various troubleshooter related settings for the Staff CP.
Display Troubleshooter Tab: This setting allows you to enable/disable the display of Troubleshooter tab in Staff CP.
Enable WYSIWYG Editor: This setting allows you to enable/disable the WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor for creating or editing of Troubleshooters.
Support Center Troubleshooter Settings
This section allows you to choose the optimize settings related to the Troubleshooter module for the Client Support Center.
Display Troubleshooter Widget: This option if disabled will not display the troubleshooter widget in the Client Support Center. Using this feature you can disable the troubleshooter section for the Client interface.
Enable Popular Troubleshooter Categories Quick Box: Setting if enabled will display the Popular Troubleshooter Categories Box in the Client Support Center index page.
Maximum Number of Categories to Display: Specify the maximum number of categories the software should display under the Popular Troubleshooter Categories box if enabled.
Display Number of Views in Quick Box: If this setting is enabled, the software shall display the number of times each of the popular category has been viewed.
Display Troubleshooter Categories in Navigation Bar: If this setting is enabled, the software shall display the Troubleshooter Categories at every step in the Navigation Bar.
Once you have set the option according to your choice, click on the Update Settings tab to save the changes.
