Tickets – Introduction
This section of the Admin Control Panel allows you to set various options for the Ticket module including the Ticket Status and the Ticket Priorities.
The Tickets section when clicked, further toggles into six sub-sections:
– Manage Status
– Manage Priorities
– Attachment Types
– Insert Status
– Insert Priority
– Maintenance
Each of these sections are explained in detail in the later part of the manual.
