Troubleshooting – Piping - Email Parser Installation
- I get a bounced mail which says that Zend/ionCube is not installed
You will need to create a phpinfo.htm for PHP CLI as described in previous Troubleshooter section and lookup the various points mentioned.
- I get a bounced mail which says that SMRSH is not configured
You will need to configure Mail Parser with SMRSH as instructed under Piping on Unix » Sendmail » SMRSH section of manual.
- The Mail Parser accepts the mail but nothing shows up under Tickets
Login to Admin CP and go to Mail Parser » Parser Log and see if there are any errors.
