Troubleshooting – POP3/IMAP -  Email Parser Installation
- I configured my Mail Queues but nothing comes into Tickets
Run the URL http://www.domain.com/support/cron/index.php?_t=parser if the mails get fetched into your system then the issue lies with the way you have setup your cron/Task Scheduler.

However, there might also be some errors related to authentication. In that case it is recommended that you double check your user credentials under Admin CP » Mail Parser » Manage Queues » Edit.
