Troubleshooting – POP3/IMAP -  Email Parser Installation
- I configured my Mail Queues but nothing comes into Tickets
Run the URL if the mails get fetched into your system then the issue lies with the way you have setup your cron/Task Scheduler.

However, there might also be some errors related to authentication. In that case it is recommended that you double check your user credentials under Admin CP » Mail Parser » Manage Queues » Edit.
